At Lichen NYC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings; however, due to the unique nature of our curated collection, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit or exchange only. Please ensure all items are returned in their original, unassembled condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item to receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare for Shipment

  Carefully repackage the item in its original box with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit, as items damaged during return may not be eligible for credit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or arrange for a courier drop-off at our Brooklyn studio; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Inspection and Credit

  Once our team inspects the returned piece and confirms it meets our quality standards, a digital store credit will be issued to your email within 5-7 business days.
